WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Congressman Howard Coble (R-N.C.), a senior member of both the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee and the Judiciary Committee, recently received a perfect score on the annual Voter Index from the American Security Council Foundation (ASCF).
The annual Voter Index released by the ASCF since the early 1970’s evaluates the voting record of each member of Congress on issues pertaining to national security, economic security and moral leadership.
ASCF Chairman Donald B. Smith said, "We are very pleased that Congressman Coble received a score of 100% and congratulate him on his achievement.
