Coble votes early/urges everyone to vote
Washington,
Apr 20, 2012 -
(Greensboro)----Taking advantage of early voting now underway in Guilford County, U.S. Rep. Howard Coble (R-NC) took the time today to cast his own ballot and urged all registered voters to do the same. Congressman Coble voted this afternoon at the Old Guilford County Courthouse in downtown Greensboro.
"I hope all citizens will exercise their constitutional right to vote this election season," Rep. Coble stated. "No matter your party or political philosophy, our democracy will thrive only if our citizens participate in this cherished right. Too many people have sacrificed to ensure that this right is preserved for us not to do our part. I hope everyone will either cast an early ballot between now and May 5th, or will go the polls on primary day, Tuesday, May 8th."
