Note: The President of South Korea is scheduled to speak to a joint session of Congress in a few minutes. We have been given notice that President Lee may recognize those members of Congress who served during the Korean War. Rep. Howard Coble (R-NC) and the other Korean War-era veterans have been asked to sit together for the speech, which will begin a few minutes.
